蔡明振(1949年出生),米襄阳书画研究院院长、国家文化部、中国文化艺术发展促进会会员、(荆山牡丹画法非物质文化遗产传承人)画家。现系北京燕京书画院名誉院长、中国国画家协会理事、中华当代书画艺术研究会名誉教授、襄阳市人民政府老年书画研究会常务副主席、襄阳市老年大学教研室主任,襄阳市老年大学书画学会主席,工艺美术师。擅长工笔、写意花鸟及根雕艺术,国画作品多次在全国各省、市、区展赛中获奖。

His traditional Chinese painting works have won many awards in the National Exhibition competitions of provinces, cities and districts.

1993年国画作品《昙花》在日本犬山市展出,1997年作品《月季花》参加湖北省美协举办的美术作品全省巡回展,1999年5月,在襄阳市举办“蔡明振根艺美术作品展”,1999年曾在潇湘电影制片厂拍摄的《警笛声声》中任美术工作者,2003年9月作品被第七回国际书画审美大展赛中获金奖并选送到韩国汉城、日本东京、加拿大蒙特利尔、巴西圣保罗等地巡回展出并收藏,2003年10月作品被国际东方艺术研究中心收藏,2003年12月作品被毛泽东之子毛岸青、邵华一家收藏, 2004年9月被中国书画研究院审定并特援予“中国书画艺术家百佳”称号,2007年4月被中华人民共和国文化部文化市场发展中心评审委员会评审每平方尺2000元,部分作品先后在《花鸟画研究》、《华夏风情》、《艺术名家》收藏杂志、《中国国画家》杂志、《襄阳日报》、《襄阳晚报》、《名城报》、《文化艺术报》、《人民日报海外版》等刊物上发表,其部分作品被编入《世界华人文学艺术界名人录》、《中华翰墨名家作品博览》、《国际现代书画精品润格》、《中国书画艺术家大典》等五十多部书籍。并有部分作品分别被日本、韩国、台湾、澳大利亚及中外友人收藏。
